We also collect information about your communications with FreelanceSea as well as communication with other users of FreelanceSea. In addition, we collect information while you access, browse, and view or otherwise use the Site.
How Do We Use the Information Collected? – We use personal information to provide you with quality service and security, to operate the Site and to perform our obligations to you; to ensure marketplace integrity and security; to prevent fraud; to contact you and send you direct marketing communications; to promote and advertise the Site and FreelanceSea marketplace; to comply with lawful requests by public authorities and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Information – We will keep personal information only for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. However, in some cases we will retain personal information for longer periods of time.
Children Under the Age of 13 – Our Site is not intended for children under 12 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION – Sharing person information is prohibited, and can result in immediate termination of an account, regardless there are funds in the account or orders in progress. However, your funds are later processed after they are released by the clients.

Rights of Users – Every user has the right to work on the platform, and to reach support for any issue experienced.
ii. Refund Policies
A refund policy will involve refunding the clients the funds paid to the freelancer, BUT the site and transaction fees are non-refundable.
When do refund policy apply? This policy will apply if the freelance delivers poor quality work.
How to ask for a refund? Before the clients ask for refund, he or she should first try to solve the dispute with his or her freelancer. If the issue exceed, then the client or freelancer can contact support for the issue, and support will make the judgment, whether to refund or not.
Expectations from freelancers
Freelancers are expected to provide quality work, and make sure, they bid for jobs they can deliver. Sharing of personal information is seriously prohibited, and if freelancer or client shares/accept personal info, the support has the right to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT INSTANT.
Once the freelancer request for withdraw, it shall be processed within 4 to 5 business days. At certain situations, the support will consider processing withdraws within 2 to 3 business days.
For all payments outside the platform, FreelanceSea, will not be held responsible.

Using other people’s work is taken very seriously in our platform, therefore:
If the freelancer shares other people’s work, he or she will be exposed to a refund. Also, the freelancer will be held responsible for the claims, and this could lead to account termination.
